ParkPilot works alongside industry-standard park management systems through secure API connections. Whether a particular system can connect, and what it allows, depends on its configuration, API availability and your access permissions, so we check compatibility with you before onboarding.
Do we need API access from our software suppliers?
To check live availability, update bookings or create CRM records, ParkPilot needs API access to those systems. Access is usually arranged through your software supplier or account settings, and we can help you work out what to ask for. Access can be limited to what the agents actually need.
What information does ParkPilot read from our systems?
Typically live availability, booking status and the guest or owner records needed to answer a question. Guest data access can be configured as read-only, and ParkPilot only processes the information required for each task.
What does ParkPilot write back to our systems?
Where your systems allow it, ParkPilot writes back confirmed actions: booking changes that have been through your approval workflow, maintenance tasks, new leads with the full conversation attached, contact updates and appointments. Every change is logged in a full audit trail.
Does our data stay in our own systems?
Yes. Your park management system and CRM remain the systems of record, so bookings, owner records and sales data stay where they are today. ParkPilot connects to them rather than replacing them, and is UK GDPR compliant.
What if our park does not have a CRM?
